Dr. Simon Hazeldine

BSc MBBS FRACP

Dr Hazeldine is a Consultant Gastroenterologist, Hepatologist and General Physician who did the majority of his medical training in the UK. He obtained his medical degree from Imperial College School of Medicine, London in 2002 and completed his specialist training in 2013 including a Hepatology and Liver Transplant Fellowship in Addenbrookes Hospital, Cambridge and Southampton General Hospital gaining his subspecialty MRCP qualification in hepatology.

Dr Hazeldine currently works at Fiona Stanley Hospital where he is Clinical Lead for Hepatology. He is also Head of the Endoscopy department at Armadale and Kalamunda Hospitals.
